One annual subscription
Both plans include the whole platform. The difference is how many award categories you are managing — not which features you are allowed.

Planning early costs less
Subscriptions taken out between 1 November and 31 December for the following year are charged at £1,495 rather than £1,695. Awards years are planned in advance, and the pricing reflects that.
Your subscription counts towards consultancy
A subscriber’s annual fee is creditable against qualifying PRi consultancy work. If you go on to engage PRi on a submission, the subscription has already paid for part of it.
Questions
What is an award category?
The individual award you would enter — "Best Private Bank in Europe", for example — rather than the programme it sits within. A single publisher’s programme may contain dozens of categories, and you only count the ones in your own plan.
What happens if we go over our category allowance?
Nothing abrupt. Your awards year is not interrupted mid-submission. We will talk to you about moving to Enterprise at your renewal, or sooner if you would prefer.
Can we add more than three users?
Three named users are included. Additional seats are available on Enterprise. If your team is larger, tell us how it is structured and we will price it sensibly.
Who writes the award content?
PRi’s consultants. Publisher details, key dates, programme insights and recommendations are curated and reviewed by people before any subscriber sees them. Nothing is published to you automatically.
Does PRi write our submissions?
Not as part of the subscription. The platform helps you decide what to enter and keep to the dates; PRi’s consultancy is a separate engagement, and your subscription is creditable against it.
How do we pay, and can we cancel?
By card, annually, through Stripe. You can manage or cancel the subscription yourself from Settings at any time. We do not see or store your card details.
Do you offer multi-year terms?
Yes, at preferential rates, which some teams prefer for budgeting certainty. Ask us and we will invoice it directly rather than through the online checkout.
